Não é descabido pensar que todos os objectos, tornados visíveis,
necessitam de ser encontrados para que assim se tornem. Sobre o
presente, que apresentamos, localizou-se por anómala casualidade em
41:52:06N, 8:51:46W.

Numa filmagem, numa praia, numas férias, ocorreu curiosa disfunção na
máquina de filmar. Ao passar em determinado local produzia-se
repetidamente uma interferência no visor. Tal facto, intrigante,
motivou uma exploração mais pormenorizada do lugar.

Revelando-se a escavação manual infrutífera, adquiriu-se então
material que permitisse indagar mais fundo. Utilizaram-se, para esse
efeito, pás de várias dimensões e capacidades com que o
subsolo de areia foi sondado.

Ao atingir a profundidade de 1 metro deparámo-nos com um
objecto, aparentemente metálico, com cerca de 150 cm de largura
e meio metro de espessura.

Uma tentativa de extracção do objecto do seu local de implantação não funcionou, pareceu ser bastante pesado.

Dispusemo-nos continuar a escavação e constatou-se então a presença
de uma espécie de caixa metálica, cubóide e negra.

O processo prosseguiu, a aresta inferior do objecto aflorou aos 3
metros e meio de profundidade, já de noite. Foi possível filmá-la até
ao entardecer pois a anomalia inicial desaparecera.

Surgiu, porém, uma outra, uma vibração contínua no bloco negro que
aguçou fortemente a nossa curiosidade.

Após extracção da caixa, não possuindo meios técnicos
para analisar o seu tremor interno, considerámos que ajuda qualificada seria necessária para executar tal operação.

In a shoot, at the beach, during vacations, a curious dysfunction occurred in the video camera. When passing by a spot in the terrain interference appeared over and over on the monitor. Such an intriguing happening provoked a more detailed exploration of the place.

The manual digging revealed itself as ineffective; we then decided to acquire material that would allow a deeper inquiry. For that effect we used shovels of several dimensions and capacities with which the sand subsoil was probed. When one meter deep was reached we found an apparently metallic object approximately 150cm wide and half a meter thick.

Extraction of the object from its sand bed was experimented but did not succeed. We then proposed to continue digging and discovered the object was a kind of metallic box, cube like and black.

The process continued and the inferior angle of the object was reached at about three and a half meters deep. Night was already upon us but it was possible to capture the digging till dusk because the initial video interference stopped. Another one appeared: a continuous vibration in the black box that sharpened our curiosity.

After extracting the box, and having no technical means to analyze its internal tremor, qualified help was considered to perform such operation.
